Berton Investments is a Property Management and Development Company established in 1997 to administer the property portfolio of the Bernardo Group.

The Bernardo Group was founded by Tony Bernardo over 40 years ago when he commenced acquiring land in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

The group specialises in the management and development of quality Industrial property and has developed buildings for major multinational companies including Coles, Toyota, Iveco and Atlas Copco.

Currently the group owns and manages a diverse portfolio of land holdings in the industrial, retail and commercial sectors.

The family tradition continues with the group now being managed by Tony’s son Nick who joined the group in 1991 after working as an accountant with Deloitte.

Our strength in integrity and trust is reflected through our long term relationship with our clients many of whom have asked us to expand their facilities as their businesses have grown.

Our ethical values aligned with attention to detail enables us to meet the current needs of our clients and their future growth.
