FLOW Online 2021

Never in our lifetime has leadership been more important. Our Wyndham community across business, community and sporting clubs, not for profit organisations and government needs strong leaders people who will step forward, accept responsibility and help drive our community through these difficult times and into a strong future.

C4W has been fortunate to obtain funding through the Victorian Government’s Business Chambers and Trader Groups Grants to offer a short form online leadership program based on the Future Leaders of the West (FLOW) leadership program.

This is a real opportunity to understand leadership and what it takes to be a standout amongst your peers. Get the taste for leadership development, delve deeper into leadership theory and practice, learn from key Wyndham leaders and not be afraid to step forward when others are hoping that someone else will do the job.
