FUTURE LEADERS OF THE WEST (FLOW)
Do you have staff members who have been identified as potential leaders, or staff who are in leadership roles but have no formal leadership training?
Note: for information on the Reconnect & Recover through Strong Leadership program, please visit our Events page
What's Required?
Participants will be required to undertake group classes, work on a group community project, and meet with leaders from business, government and the community.
The program has been designed to provide extensive networking opportunities both within Wyndham and beyond, and to gain a depth of knowledge on this growing region not provided elsewhere. This means that participants will have an exclusive insight into Wyndham and the West.

The Future Leaders of the West (FLOW) program is an initiative of the Committee for Wyndham to develop leadership skills and prepare participants for leadership roles.
