Leadership is at the core of a strong and vibrant community. Wyndham needs strong leaders to guide our future growth and continued prosperity.

Do you have staff members who have been identified as potential leaders, or staff who are in leadership roles but have no formal leadership training?

Leadership Wyndham

What's Required?

Participants will be required to undertake group classes, work on a group community project, and meet with leaders from business, government and the community.

The program has been designed to provide extensive networking opportunities both within Wyndham and beyond, and to gain a depth of knowledge on this growing region not provided elsewhere.  This means that participants will have an exclusive insight into Wyndham and the West.

What past students had to say

“The FLOW program provided a fantastic curriculum to challenge and develop your leadership and management skills and capabilities. The course content along with the varied skills of course participants and presenters made for a stimulating learning environment and one that has honed and refined my management and leadership style since graduation.”

Mark Round - Managing Director, Symmetry Physiotherapy.
2019 Hobsons Bay Business of the Year, 2019 Wyndham Professional Services Medium, FLOW 2013

“The FLOW program strengthened my leadership skills by having the opportunity to work with and learn from likeminded people in Wyndham from all kinds of businesses. The guest speakers were great and the locations we had the opportunity to visit were invaluable.”

“The most valuable thing I have taken from this class is the support of my classmates in being able to discuss any leadership issues or hurdles you may be experiencing and having the opportunity to brainstorm the issues to forge a smoother path forward.”

Elaine Bugeja - Area Leader, Animal Management, Wyndham City Council. FLOW 2017/18

"What a successful program you are running! Committee for Wyndham truly standing out as the organisation that supports the local community. Doing the very thing we were taught."
