The People Behind the Mission

The Board is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are active members of the Committee for Wyndham and deeply connected to the Wyndham community.

Each board member works in local business, bringing a wealth of expertise and a strong commitment to fostering the prosperity of our region. United by a shared passion for community development and economic growth, they tirelessly advocate for initiatives that enhance Wyndham’s social, cultural, and economic fabric.

We are immensely grateful for their support and voluntary contributions, which exemplify their dedication to making a meaningful impact and driving positive change across our diverse community.

CRAIG KENNEDY

Chair

Craig joined the Board in 2023 and is a lifelong resident of Wyndham. He serves as the Managing Director of Kenstra, an Information, Communications, and Technology firm known for delivering honest advice and effective solutions with integrity.

A passionate advocate for the local community, Craig is dedicated to sports, fostering individual success, and promoting sustainable business practices. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

MICHELLE TINYOU

Deputy Chair and Treasurer

Michelle Tinyou is the Founder and Director of Biznify Pty Ltd, a trusted bookkeeping, payroll, and NDIS Plan Management firm supporting growing businesses across Wyndham and beyond.

With deep experience as a registered BAS agent and a strong track record helping established businesses streamline their financial operations, Michelle brings a calm, practical, business-minded approach to every challenge.

Through Biznify, she has worked closely with owners navigating growth, compliance, and team expansion, giving her a genuine understanding of the pressures and opportunities faced by local businesses.

Michelle is passionate about helping people succeed, and she brings not just expertise, but a supportive, down-to-earth style that empowers others to feel confident and in control of their business journey.

Michelle joined the board in 2025.

JOHN SHEEN

Secretary

John joined the Board in 2019 and became Secretary in 2020. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Wyndham Community & Education Centre, which has been serving the local community for over 45 years by providing a variety of education, settlement, and employment programs.
