With over 30 years of experience across various fields—including advertising, marketing, non-profit organisations, and law—Leanne is an accomplished CEO. Her extensive expertise has enabled her to lead and guide organisations to unprecedented success. Known for her strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills, Leanne navigates the ever-changing business landscape with confidence and poise.

Her passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional results has earned her a reputation as a visionary leader. Leanne is excited to lead the Committee for Wyndham into the next chapter of growth and success, continuing to champion the interests and well-being of the Wyndham region she loves so dearly.

Leanne is a Wyndham Advocate, Connector, and Collaborator dedicated to driving growth through business development, social cohesion, and strengthening the local economy. As CEO of the Committee for Wyndham, the region’s voice of business, she is committed to advocating for positive change, fostering collaboration, and sharing Wyndham’s stories to build a vibrant, connected community that complements both local and broader statewide initiatives.

JANINE CUTRONA

Janine is an integral part of the Committee for
Wyndham, where she manages accounts, memberships, and administrative functions.

With a keen eye for detail and a strong organisational skill set, Janine ensures smooth operations and fosters strong relationships with members and stakeholders. Her dedication to supporting the Committee’s mission is evident in her proactive approach to problem-solving and her commitment to providing excellent service.

MONTANA PLATT

Montana Platt is the Communications Coordinator for the Committee for Wyndham, bringing fresh energy and creativity to the team. Recently joining the organisation, Montana is passionate about effectively conveying the Committee’s mission and initiatives.

With a background in communications, she excels in crafting engaging content and fostering strong connections with stakeholders. Her innovative approach to communication helps amplify the Committee’s voice and enhances community engagement.
