The Committee for Wyndham brings together business, community, government and individuals to work together to promote and enhance the social and economic wellbeing of the broader Wyndham community.
We do this by:
- Providing a strong united voice for business
- Connecting the local economy
- Encouraging local jobs and procurement
- Advocating for economic and social infrastructure
- Promoting Wyndham
- Forums with influential people
These are some of our key activities.
Facilitate meetings with Politicians and significant business people
These member-only meetings take place regularly, in small group settings, and enable a valuable exchange of information, and Wyndham-centric discussions.
Our Future Leaders of the West (FLOW) program develops leadership skills and prepares participants for leadership roles both in their career and the Wyndham community.
Our events feature key decision makers, politicians and industry peers as well as providing networking opportunities for attendees.
Our weekly edition of News You Can Use will keep you informed of our members’ activities and other information important in the Wyndham business community.
The Talking Wyndham podcast focuses on the hidden stories of Wyndham, meeting those people and telling their stories.
John Nicol Community Service Award
The annual John Nicol Community Service Award recognises a C4W member, or an individual within a member organisation, who has substantially contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of people in Wyndham, beyond that expected in their usual occupation.
