The Committee for Wyndham hosted an exclusive sell out end-of-year celebration, bringing together business leaders, stakeholders, and members of the local community for an afternoon of excitement, networking, and recognition.
Held at a private polo match at the beautiful Lancemore Hotel Group, the event featured thrilling high-speed action, the classic stomping of the divots, and a lively atmosphere with lunch, drinks, and great conversation.
One of the key highlights of the day was the announcement of Committee for Wyndham’s new logo and the launch of our new website—designed to strengthen our community connection and showcase the vibrancy of Wyndham. CEO Leanne Down shared, “We are excited to unveil our rebrand, which reflects our renewed focus on community engagement and highlights the dynamic spirit of Wyndham.” The new logo symbolises our commitment to Advocacy, Connection, and Education—our three core priorities—while also representing the interconnectedness of the region. The three overlapping pillars embody these focus areas, and the extended arm of the logo signals forward movement, reflecting our collective momentum. The “W” shape gives a nod to Wyndham with an abstract feel, whilst also representing the V for Victoria and the importance for Wyndham’s to be connected to other regions and our statewide proposition. Our refreshed color palette, inspired by Wyndham’s natural landscape, reflects the transition from its agricultural roots to its urban, business, and coastal growth.
Thank you to our event sponsors Victoria University and The Gordon for partnering with us on this memorable day.
Thank you to our dedicated and talented photographer Lizzy Jacobs for capturing these moments.
This rebrand and website launch mark just the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Together with our partners, we are poised to lead the way in promoting Wyndham as a premier destination for business, tourism, and community engagement.
