On a crisp winter morning at Rock View Ranch, members of the Committee for Wyndham came together with EQ Leaders for a truly memorable leadership experience—one that took us far beyond the boardroom.

Equine Encounters: A Morning into Authentic Leadership offered a unique opportunity to explore emotional intelligence, psychology, connection, and trust through hands-on activities. Guided by the expert team at EQ Leaders—recent finalists in the Wyndham Business Awards—participants engaged in ground-based exercises that revealed the subtle power of non-verbal communication and embodied leadership.

There were no slides, no lectures—just the presence of horses, meaningful reflection, and powerful takeaways that reminded us leadership is just as much about presence as it is about strategy.
