Heaths Road Investments Pty Ltd (Part of Werribee and Western Automotive Group) has been operating its current location in Heaths Road Hoppers Crossing for 26 years, starting out as Werribee Nissan in 1996 under current director Conrad Taylor. Joining Conrad in 2004 as co-director is Kelly Van Blommestein and also Brad Hopkins. The group experienced strong business growth over the past few years with now having several leading Automotive Brands (Including Nissan, GWM, MG, Mitsubishi, Honda, Haval, Jeep, SsangYong and LDV) at over 13 prime locations.
Our vision is to be the Leading Employer of Automotive in the Western Districts of Melbourne; supporting local community and the people (without prejudice) as they support us. Financial results are not the sole determinant of success; rather we also judge our success on other factors such as providing our staff with stable and rewarding opportunities, alongside remaining a positive contributor to community growth.

We create this connection through marketing activities, employment of staff and contractors, engaging with other local businesses and support of local community and sporting groups.
Werribee and Western Automotive Group is continually re-evaluating processes which is evident with the introduction of our strong business practices. With a large involvement in our local community, our marketing activities centre around the local area, with significant investment in local community centres, councils, schools, clubs and other local events.
Our formal process aims to increase staff retention as all new employees now undergo a formal recruitment / induction, contracts, progression planning and better lines of communication, such as career development, training and handling of complaints and grievances. Our senior management team consisting of; Group GM, GM Training & Development, GM F&I, FC, HR Manager & Co-ordinator, Payroll Manager, two Fixed operations Managers and “hands on” Directors lead our staff and resources to achieve our vision.
Staff are encouraged and supported to participate in training and career development. A Sales Cadet program has been introduced, with several cadets already performing well in our dealerships. In conjunction with the VACC we offer several automotive apprenticeships and support staff throughout the entire training. Management are offered opportunities for further industry and developmental learning through group and one on one skill development with our company dedicated general training and development manager.
Our staff have access to videos, regular online training sessions, individual training sessions (brainstorming sessions), mentoring programs and manufacturer-based training to develop our staff.
In line with industry legislation, Werribee and Western Automotive Group complies with all environmental standards, including the safe disposal of oils, water and limited water consumption. In addition, all vehicle services attract an environmental levy to ensure further introduction of environmental initiatives.
We have introduced paperless contracts and all sales documents are now online with electronic signatures and we are in the process of introducing paperless contracts at our Service and Parts departments.
We are continuously reviewing our environmental practices and are introducing new initiatives such replacing single used plastics with biodegradable seat covers.
We are currently working with manufacturers to achieve EV (Electric Vehicle) targets.
All our tyres are being disposed of by using professional tyre recyclers to minimize environmental impacts and where plausible, we recycle all metals.
We dedicate significant organisational resources into the monitoring of customer perception and satisfaction. Our Senior Management team regularly revise and improve our processes and procedures along with the Training and Development GM to deliver training and coaching to meet customer satisfaction benchmarks.
We currently have our largest fleet of courtesy vehicles to ensure customers remain mobile whilst their vehicles are in our service department and offer express service and local pickup.
We use social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Electronic Direct customer marketing, text messages to communicate with and support our customers.
In recognition of our excellent customer service, Werribee Nissan was awarded Excellence Dealer Elite in 2020/2021 and in contention for 2022.our excellent customer service, Werribee Nissan was awarded Dealer Excellence in 2020/2021.
