Founded by Julian Farrugia, Perform Projects brings over 15 years of industry experience across local government, consulting and the private sector. The business specialises in end-to-end project delivery including feasibility and due diligence, acquisition support, planning and approvals coordination, consultant and authority management, construction delivery and project completion.

Perform Projects has extensive experience delivering townhouse developments, residential subdivisions, industrial and commercial projects, with a strong focus on practical outcomes, stakeholder collaboration and creating value for clients and communities. With many active projects across Wyndham and Melbourne’s western growth corridor, the business is passionate about contributing to the continued growth and success of the region.
