Life Member

Peter has been a well respected member of the Wyndham and Werribee Communities for many years. Highlights from his career in the dry cleaning industry include:

  • President of DIA Victoria for 7 years.
  • Owned and operated 8 sites with brother Jim, and was a major player in the industry.
  • Was on National Council for approx. 8-10 years.
  • Australian Drycleaner of the Year in 1992, voted by his peers, which included a round the world tour. Gained valuable insight into the best operational methods, and presented a paper at the Australian Convention the following year.
  • He was part of the very influential International Drycleaning Congress.
  • Passionate supporter of the Western Bulldogs AFL team
  • Chairperson of the Bulldogs Forever Foundation since 2001
  • Became a life member of the Western Bulldogs in 2010

Peter was also the recipient of the Committee for Wyndham’s Lifetime Membership Award in December 2014.
