East Werribee Precinct

Our members recently engaged with the exciting East Werribee Precinct development project, gaining valuable insights from key representatives including Caithleen Jones, Director of Precincts; John Casey, Manager of Business Precincts; and Josh Newton, Senior Project Officer from the Department of Transport and Planning. Their presentation highlighted the significance of this development for our region.

As our community grows, it’s essential that our infrastructure keeps pace. The upcoming developments aim to enhance East Werribee’s scenic beauty, create job opportunities, and improve transportation efficiency. This initiative will also foster vibrant urban environments that promote economic, social, cultural, and environmental excellence.

The project marks a vital step towards a sustainable future for our community, and we are proud to support it. The Committee for Wyndham is an active member of the stakeholder reference group, ensuring our members’ voices are heard. The Department of Transport and Planning has committed to ongoing updates and values our feedback, recognizing the unique perspectives of our business community.

Thank you to all members who participated in this important discussion!
